One of the things that really made me realise how good Frank was, was when I got $1,000 in my emergency fund.

It was hard, cold numbers and it was hard to see. I learnt really quickly that I was the problem.

Most of the time as a mum and business owner I feel like I’m running a list of things I need to tick off, and sorting out my finances was one of them. I started following Frances Cook and listening to her talk about shares. Now, I know nothing about shares, so I used Frank to talk me through it. It was like explaining it for dummies. I did my own research and asked him to explain things so I could actually understand them.
It sounds so silly, but it helped me get the confidence to jump into shares.
Now, I’m not a millionaire after eight months. But I put a steady amount in each week and it’s growing. Slow and steady wins the race.
The Biggest Help
The biggest help I use Frank for is keeping me across everything. I not only run my own business but I run my kids’ lives and my husband’s. I need to be across everything: who needs to be in dress-up for Friday, who has mufti day. And for my husband, usually he needs reminding about paying invoices.
