Just the sheer amount of things you need to think about when you are projecting managing a project like this is insane.

There are so many tiny details. After having notepads and pieces of paper everywhere and losing lists among lists. Then not having the details i needed when I needed it was a nightmare.

I finally decided I needed to move everything to a Trello Board!

This was one of the best things I could ever do for myself. I divided up each part of the house into its own board so I could keep it all together - What we needed in supplies, product lists, measurements, and a list of things we needed to do.

I started to keep photos in a Trello board of what we put into the containers. One of the things we learned early on is that we keep forgetting what we had put into the first few containers.

Trello boards will save you from waking up all hours of the night wondering what you have forgotten or still need to do.

The best thing about Trello boards is you can have them on your computer and you can see them on your phone so no more losing pieces of paper and you can jot things down when you think of them.
